This Academy Award-nominated French actress looking absolutely elegant in that Lanvin Fall 2010 Rtw dress.
Her dress is not the same color as the dress on the runaway, but I think this color suits her bather than the one from the fashion show. She is also wearing a brooch in a side instead of the necklace from the runaway.
It's interesting choice of clutch. And even thou I can't see the shoes very well it think I like them better besides the one that model wears.
